There is no shortage of fine brunch spots in Singapore’s vibrant dining scene, but when a pop-up by one of our favourites opens, we take notice.
Hailed for their freshly baked sourdough bread and hearty brunch fare, Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar has now sprung up at Killiney Post Office (KPO) near Somerset MRT.
Located on the second floor of the KPO building, the cafe serves brunch favourites as seen in its original Tanglin Post Office outlet menu from 9am to 3pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Although considered a pop-up concept, Nassim Hill @ Killiney is a new, permanent branch and won’t be heading off anytime soon.
Besides sipping on a freshly-brewed cuppa early in the morning, easily enjoy delicious brunch stapes at the cool, trendy locale. Alongside the steak and eggs and buttermilk pancakes, signature items including Chilli Crab Pasta and Cheddar Cheese Bacon Waffles are also up for grabs.
And if you were wondering, yes, the ever-popular Brioche Donuts with Chocolate or Kaya filling are also available in limited quantities daily. Those starting happy hour early on weekends will also be pleased to know that a wide range of draught beer and wines are on the drinks menu, alongside tipples like the Hendrick’s cocktails, exclusive to the pop-up.
