New breakfast and brunch offerings at Balzac Brasserie

French spot Balzac Brasserie has launched their all-new breakfast and Sunday brunch just last week.
The petit dejeuner breakfast menu includes classics such as oeuf cocotte and pain perdu, from $8-15. For ravenous souls, your best bet is the Formule Balzac. Choose from oeuf cocotte, freshly scrambled or sunny side up eggs, complemented by a basket of tartines and croissants, as well as coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Can’t find the time on the weekdays? Then treat yourself to the Sunday Brunch Dimanche (from $68; $128 with free-flowing Moutard Champagne). Be greeted by a variety of entrees (Croque Monsieur, house-smoked salmon and oeuf cocotte with baby Qwehli prawns), main such as roasted Wagyu steak with endless refills of Balzac fries, pan-seared cod with fennel salad, or lamb shoulder confit with truffle mash. You even get an unlimited dessert platter at the end to take full advantage of.
Breakfast is available Monday to Friday from 8-10.30am and on Saturdays from 8-11am, while brunch is served every Sunday from 11am to 2.30pm.
