Fancy a slice of low-carb pie? Then you’ll want to check out Singapore’s latest French arrival, Flam’s. This flammekueche (Alsatian pizza) specialist launched earlier this week on April 2 at Orchard Central, giving hungry shoppers yet another option to refuel at.
There’s traditional tarte flambée ($12.90) with bacon bits and onions, chicken tarragon with wholegrain mustard ($17) and goat cheese dressed with honey ($18), as well as sweet renditions like banana chocolate ($6.50) and apple cinnamon ($6.50).
You’ll also find other classic French items including duck rillettes ($14), Spätzle (from $15) and crème brûlée ($8).
