New French restaurant OCF now open at The Arts House

New French restaurant OCF—named after Sir Stamford Raffles’ first wife Olivia Cassivelaun Fancourt—is now open at The Arts House.

The 60-seater has clear views of the Singapore River and is a collaborative effort between A Thousand Tales Pte Ltd (ATT)—the folks behind Bar Stories and MAD—and Timbre Group. The place offers live music by local talents such as Michaela Therese, Dawn Ho and Alicia Pan.

Foodwise, the chef Jonathan Koh, presents French plates including Iberian Pluma with crispy galette, celery root and sauce soubise ($38), a dish of braised pork cheek, tongue and ears. There’s also an affordable set lunch ($38).
