New il Lido Chef Alessandro Delfanti debuts autumn menu

Chef Alessandro Delfanti is marking his arrival at Il Lido as chef de cuisine with a lovely seasonal menu, which features authentic Italian dishes such as sea scallops with chanterelle mushrooms and blueberries, venison carpaccio with Roman zucchini and smoked ricotta cheese, as well as pistachio & ricotta cheese cake with almond cream—yum.
