Seems Singapore’s Boon Tat Street is turning into quite the hotspot, first with the opening of No Menu last year and now, Preparazzi; Private Affairs is all set to throw open its doors by the end of the week, too.
The latest addition comes in the form of Preparazzi, which launches in Singapore on March 12. Focused on creating healthier yet still gourmet Western cuisine, you can look forward to menu items such as grilled chicken salad with curry mustard dressing ($15) and braised beef cheek with black nut puree ($30).
