New restaurant ME@OUE serves Chinese, Japanese and French food

French, Japanese and Chinese restaurant ME@OUE is now open on the 19th floor—the penthouse level—of the OUE Bayfront Building featuring clear views of Marina Bay.

The name of the establishment, “ME” is short for MediaCorp and the project is a joint venture by the media company, OUE and Food Junction. Food will come care of three culinary names: one-starred Michelin chefs Masayasu Yonemura (Japanese fare) and Laurent Peugeot (French cuisine), as well as Chinese chef Justin Hor.

The slick space was designed by Japanese architectural firm, Super Potato and the plan is for the venue to host post-concert parties, trade launches and fashion shows featuring MediaCorp artistes and celebrities.
