Singapore welcomes new Sansui Contemporary Japanese Dining & Bar to Clarke Quay

Bustling Singapore nightspot Clarke Quay welcomes its latest tenant, Sansui Contemporary Japanese Dining & Bar.
Brought to you by the same folk who are responsible for San-Sui Sumiyaki & Bar at One Fullerton, this two-week-old modern Japanese establishment serves up a mix of nibbles such as beer-braised octopus with Momotaro tomatoes ($18) and large plates including sake-marinated salmon with puffed rice ($34).
Wash it all down with an extensive range of sake (from $60/bottle) and shochu (from $90/bottle), as well as Japanese-inspired cocktails ($18-$20).
To sweeten the deal, Sansui’s offering a 20 percent opening discount off your total bill through April.
