Italian establishment Angelo’s has closed its doors, but in its place is PorterHouse. Just over a week old, this European eatery specializes in charcoal-grilled steaks.
There’s Snake River Farms Wagyu ($88), Australian grass-fed rib eye ($32) and of course, their namesake, 200-day grain-fed Black Angus porterhouse ($95), all served with your choice of sides and sauce. They also offer a range of starters including foie gras terrine served with wood-roasted apples and Campari gastrique ($20), pork belly with porcini marmalade ($8) and ox tongue carpaccio with Pecorino cheese and gremolata ($18).
