New Ubin Seafood’s latest concept Socialize Central @ Tampines opens with burgers, brews and more

Believe it or not, some things are just meant to be together. Beyonce and Jay-Z; Facebook and scandals; Netflix and… binge-worthy programmes. The classic F&B dynamic duo? Burgers and beers, which you can now enjoy at New Ubin Seafood’s new collaborative concept in the making, Socialize Central @ Tampines.

And that’s all thanks to the entrance of Dreamshop and Pink Blossoms Brewing, both true blue local brands.

Dreamshop, for the unacquainted, is that takeaway and delivery online store whipping up scrumptious (and premium) hawker delights with the best ingredients possible. A few months ago, Founder and Chef Jeremy Nguee added Smoked Burgers to his menu, and it earned raving reviews from food critics all around—especially with its basic Smoked Burger (which is a juicy Australian beef patty with a touch of a coffee and Sarawak pepper rub); Raya Rendang burger, and Crispy Berempah Chicken.

Helping to keep its name (and food) hot on everyone’s lips is Pink Blossoms Brewing as it is offering some of its flagship and seasonal crafted local beers such as Lean on Me, a dry and citrusy New England Pale Ale, with every burger purchased.

So head down to Socialize Central @ Tampines, to try these locally-inspired dishes alongside New Ubin’s traditional seafood delights as well as Garang Grill charcoal-grilled meats.
