One North welcomes a new Italian dining concept

Taking our love for Italian dining up a notch, the people behind the popular Ristorante Pietrasanta now presents a brand new concept with Casa Pietrasanta. Opening at One North, the new establishment offers an intimate private dining experience, but with the same touch of conviviality and refined flavours we’ve come to love.

Perfect for hosting meetings, corporate events, and smaller celebrations, the 20-seater space features warm, homely vibes centred around an unobstructed view of its open kitchen where diners are free to interact with the chefs.

With intimate groups in mind, Casa Pietrasanta serves up the same Italian-Mediterranean culinary brilliance Chef-Owner Loris Massimini has become known for. Specially to showcase the vision and passion for the new outfit, the restaurant proudly presents specially curated lunch and dinner degustation menus that’ll bring you to the streets and cosy homes of Italy, with elevated Mediterranean touches, no less.

For both lunch and dinner, diners get to pick between a 3- or 4-course meal experience. Appetisers feature house signatures like Seabass Carpaccio brightened with lemon zest, pink peppercorn, and horseradish, Cinta Tonnata with thin sliced Kurobuta pork shoulder on traditional Piedmont tuna sauce, and the classic Tortino della Lunigiana.

Enticing mains on the menu include a Risotto Escargot fragranced with Brunello de Montalcino brown sauce, and the mouth-watering Linguine Vongole e Bottarga with generous servings of fresh clams and grey mullet bottarga in a rich white wine sauce. If you prefer to stick with proteins, there’s Roasted Snow Fish and Guanciale di Manzo, slow-cooked beef cheek in a spicy green sauce.

To end off your meal, their Tortino alle Mele e Vaniglia – an apple crumble tart with homemade vanilla ice cream – is an absolute must-try. Other desserts on the menu include the luscious Gianduiottoal Fior di Latte, marrying milk chocolate Gianduiotto with Amarena cherries and milk cream sauce.
