I-S hits up Dempsey’s latest, all-new Chopsuey Cafe courtesy of the PS. Cafe folks.
“This chic yet relaxed establishment in a corner black-and-white colonial house is outfitted with old school gray-and-white marble tables juxtaposed with glossy red-and-black wicker seats, while a charming alfresco area completes the effect. Inspired by partners Peter Teo and Philip Chin’s fond memories of westernized Chinese food while overseas, expect to find classics like General Tso’s Chicken Drumlets ($21).”
