I-S headed down to fresh restaurant arrival The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill for a dose of American-style seafood by the waterfront (and not a bib in sight).
“This new seafood destination’s warm yet sleek with inviting orange leather booth seats, a cool copper feature wall and fun elements like hot pink seahorse fixtures. It’s inspired by classic East Coast American cuisine—group exec chef Dan Segall hails from Boston—so expect goods like Old Fashioned Crab Cakes ($22), baked snapper pie ($36) and The Pelican Chowder ($16). Don’t pass on the black peppered candied bacon ($14) and signature Pelican platter ($99), with freshly-shucked oysters, clams, lobster, crab and prawns—especially if you’re a hardcore seafood fan.”
