If you’re stuck for fun places to drink on Orchard, look no further. One Fullerton’s American-inspired diner and bar, OverEasy, is getting a second outlet and it’s going to take over the subterranean space formerly occupied by fast food joint, Wendy’s.
They’re kicking things up a notch with sexier decor and college-style stadium bleachers under the staircase. The space will have a glam ’60s vibe without losing the kitschy neon touches and diner feel. Plus, the space also pays a small homage to the McDonald’s outlet that used to occupy the space in the ’70s and ’80s.
Launch in August, OverEasy Orchard will do alcoholic slushies, fresh cold-pressed juices and an American-centric shot selection. Aside from the famous burgers, there will be an expanded food menu with things like popcorn chicken with salted caramel popcorn, as well as avocado toast.
