This National Day, Paradise Group celebrates Singapore’s culinary heritage by offering 20% off locally inspired dishes across their stable of restaurants. Setting the stage this season is Seafood Paradise, the brand where it all began for Paradise Group. There, diners can indulge in a familiar Singapore Style Wok-fried Hokkien Mee with Seafood. Simmered over the course of four hours, the prawn broth takes centre stage in this delicious rendition that boasts a generous medley of fresh clams, prawns, and squid.

Their Kang Kong with Cuttlefish in Satay Sauce is also not to be missed. A brilliant elevation of an all-time zi char classic, leafy kang kong and chewy cuttlefish are tossed in satay sauce, lending an incredible depth of flavour and texture that’s best paired with a bowl of fluffy white rice.
