Pop-up bar Veuve Clicquot Airstream will debut at food festival Savour from April 11-14, offering glasses of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut and Veuve Clicquot Rosé at special prices.
A joint venture between well-known Champagne house Veuve Clicquot and luxury recreational vehicle brand Airsteam, the mobile bar will also visit Lucha Loco (April 17-18), Royal Room (April 19), Crossroads Cafe (April 20) and Tanjong Beach Club (April 21).
If you’re popping by the Crossroads Cafe installment, check out the Veuve Clicquot Ponsardine ($93.80), a limited edition set containing a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut packed in a yellow sardin tin. The Veuve Clicquot Airstream at Crossroads Cafe will also be offering on the menu, a trio of canapés ($20, with a glass of Champagne) which includes crispy tuille with smoked salmon, eggplant caviar and foie gras parfait cooked up by Singapore Marriott Hotel executive chef Kevin Thomson. As if that wasn’t enough to make us all light-headed, Crossroads Cafe will be celebrating this pop-up experience with a special all-day breakfast platter with a glass of Champagne for $45 from April 20 to May 31.
