The brand’s 8th outlet serving their famous chicken, Poulet Bijou features a warm, cosy environment adorned with refreshing colours and vibrant tropical motifs.
Driven by the same passion and deep-rooted inspiration from French fusion culinary techniques, Poulet Bijou presents a refreshed all-day dining menu that includes newly created handcrafted beverages and an all-new French dessert selection.
Diners can look forward to new à la carte dishes such as the Pan-Seared Salmon and Pan-Fried Ribeye with Mushroom Gratin.
On desserts, the new outlet showcases an extensive range of sweet and savoury French favourites – from Galettes and Crepes, to decadent French Toasts.
Highlights include their chef’s unique take on the Chicken Avocado Galette – with diced avocado, hand-shredded chicken, cherry tomato, bell peppers, a sunny side-up, and caper dressing – a Mixed Seafood Galette, Mixed Berries with Matcha Ice Cream Crepe, and a decadent Vanilla French Toast laden with generous toppings of juicy mixed strawberries and yoghurt ice cream.
