PS.Cafe is launching a free-flow wine brunch

Your lazy weekend afternoon tea plans are about to get a whole more luxe—PS.Cafe Ann Siang Hill is introducing an all-new free-flow wine brunch, to help you forget all the worries of the past (and coming) work week.

Available only on weekends and public holidays (and exclusive to the Ann Siang Hill outlet), the free-flow will feature the greatest hits from PS.Cafe’s wine collection. $70 gets you access to the three-hour “buffet”, which includes red (‘Airenzo Tempranillo), white (Rueda Verdejo) and rose (Rosado) wines from iconic Spanish vineyard Marques de Riscal—plus prosecco.

As for food, the restaurant’s weekend brunch menu serves up hearty favorites like salmon-dill potato cakes ($29), hefty sandwiches; and a chargrilled Portobello burger ($26), for if you’re feeling extra hungry. Come early if you want bang for your buck; the free-flow lasts from 12-3pm.

PS.Cafe Ann Siang Hill is located at 45 Ann Siang Road. More information here
