Hosted by wine director Stephane Soret, enjoy a four-course dinner showcasing six vintages of Sauternes from three Châteaux—whose owners will be present to talk about their offerings.
Pairings for the evening include foie gras on raisin-Maine lobster fricassée served alongside 2007 and 1973 Château Coutet, and Challans duck breast with celeriac beet mousseline accompanied by 2009 and 1989 Château Guiraud.
