Fans of Champagne brunches will be especially pleased with this bit of news. Raffles Hotel Singapore‘s Bar & Billiard Room will launch its Champagne Brunch menu on Saturdays starting May 5.
Aside from indulging in seafood such as Maine lobsters and freshly shucked Belón or Finé de Clairé oysters, as well as goods from the live foie gras station, Australian grain-fed prime rib and organic milk-fed rack of veal, the best bit surely is washing it all down with free-flowing Billecart-Salmon bubbly ($178 with Brut Reserve NV; $198 with Brut Rosé NV).
Available from noon-3pm, so you have three solid hours of non-stop feasting and drinking.
