In the mood for some Italian fare? Then head down to The Regent Singapore’s Basilico for The Italian Maestro Promotion and get a taste of guest chef Sebastiano Spriveri’s creations from Four Seasons Hotel Milan.
Expect to find a spread of Italian antipasti, a choice from nine main courses including saffron-scented risotto topped with black truffle or grilled lobster coated in fennel breadcrumbs, as well as a dessert buffet so you can end on a sweet note.
Available for dinner through August 5 from 7 to 10pm at $88 per person.
