Restaurant Review: I-S hits up Jason Atherton’s Keong Saik Snacks

I-S reviews casual Western restaurant Keong Saik Snacks, celeb chef Jason Atherton’s latest project.

The more successful offerings were the fancier plates. There’s a well-composed shaved asparagus, beet and radish salad ($18) as well as grilled bone marrow with London gentleman’s relish ($19), a respectable rendition of a classic. The selection of ice creams ($7) is also lovely (look out for the stellar Polynesian vanilla).”
