The recently-launched Saturday Beer Brunch ($99) at LeVel33 showcases a buffet spread of everything from home-cured gravlax to a hearty pot of soup, as well as fresh salads, homemade dips and baked goods and a selection of cheese. For those with carnivorous tendencies, there’s also a Butcher’s Board of meats such as chef Jimi Tegerdine’s braised beef brisket (absolutely stunning) and roasted pork.
To help all of that go down, you can drink as much of their signature craft brews, beer-based mojitos Blond Mojito and Blue Stout (our poison of choice), and selected wines as you can manage.
