New hotel The Westin Singapore features dining spots Seasonal Tastes and Cook & Brew for buffet fans and lovers of gastrobars.
As the hotel’s signature restaurant, Seasonal Tastes boasts five interactive kitchens and gorgeous views of the city from 32 levels off the ground. The buffet spread ($45 for breakfast, $55 for lunch and $78 for dinner) includes a range of Asian-inspired salads, pasta and meats, as well as a colorful array of desserts, from ice cream to old school treats like kueh lapis. An a la carte menu is also available, with plenty of wholesome choices for the health-conscious.
Over at gastrobar Cook & Brew, you can enjoy a drink for about $14 to $18. The usual suspects aside (whiskeys, spirits, beers, etc.), try their signature cocktails ($15) like the vodka-based Kaffir Lime and the Chocolate Indulgence, which comes with vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, Hershey’s syrup and milk. Bar bites and mains like pasta and roast meat are also available.
