The second edition of Michelin Guide Street Food Festival returns this March

In an effort to make Michelin-starred cuisine more accessible (and to keep the hype train running), the inaugural Michelin Guide Street Food Festival took place in April last year to much deserved fanfare. This year, we’re looking forward again to tasting not just a few, but a lineup of 15 establishments recognized in the 2017 Michelin Guide all in one place.

Taking place from Mar 30-Apr 1 over the Easter long weekend at Resorts World Sentosa’s The Coliseum, expect both new entrants and former participants to make an appearance. There will be heavyweights like three-starred Joel Robuchon Restaurant and one-starred Song of India dishing out their best, as well as local Bib Gourmand favorites like A Noodle Story and Blue Ginger that’ll be serving up Singapore-style ramen and durian chendol.

For us, we’ll be making a beeline for the Man Man Unagi and New Ubin Seafood stalls, both making their debut at the festival, for their much-raved Una Don and Heart Attack Fried Rice dishes respectively. And of course, there’s Char, serving up their Signature Char Siew, that’s sure to draw the crowds (and us) to their storefront.

Entry to the festival grounds is granted by purchasing dining coupons (minimum $30 to enter). There’s also a $200 VIP option, where you’ll get a portion of food from all 15 stalls, one welcome Champagne, and free flow beer.
