Second Jason Atherton restaurant in Singapore, Pollen to open this June at Gardens by the Bay

We first told you about Michelin-starred Jason Atherton of Pollen Street Social‘s plans to open his second Singapore offering, Pollen, back in December last year when he visited to debut tapas bar Esquina. (Check out our full interview with Jason Atherton.)
Well, mark your calendars. Seems the official date’s been set for June 29. In fact, Atherton arrived in town earlier this week to gear up for the big opening in Gardens by the Bay’s Flower Dome. If you’re wondering about what to expect, Pollen’s set to be a 120-seater serving up modern European fare with Mediterranean elements drawn from their very own garden inspired by the food of Spain, France and Italy. Plus, there’s also going to be a dessert bar filled with sweet treats.
