Selfish Gene Café opens in Chinatown

Seems yet another spot has found a home in Chinatown and this time it’s Selfish Gene Café that officially opened in mid December.
Pop by if you’re after a sarnie, which comes with a salad on the side, including roast beef with caramelized onions and homemade sundried tomatoes ($12.80) and chicken with goma sauce ($9.80).
Sweets are all made fresh in-house, such as the mini loaf of banana cake with peanut butter sauce and pavlova with fresh fruit compote ($5.80 for both).
