Singapore’s Summer Palace to host head chef of Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen from May 23 to 27

Fans of classic Cantonese fare take note. The Regent Singapore‘s Summer Palace will be hosting head chef Patrick Chan Kai Hon of Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen (Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip) from May 23 to 27.
Chef Chan has crafted a special a la carte menu, as well as two indulgent six-course sets (from $68). Signature dishes not to be missed include braised whole South African abalone with Nippon sea cucumber ($98), crispy crab claw with shrimp mousse ($16), scallops with apple ($40), and pan-fried garoupa fillets with ginger and garlic ($108).
