Spring to 10 at Claymore and savour a myriad of prosperity delights

Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore celebrates the Year of the Dog with an array of symbolic Chinese New Year dishes from Jan 25 to Feb 28.

Diners with an affinity for gourmet delicacies that are big on flavours and capture the essence of traditionally cooked dishes, will be pleased by 10 at Claymore’s Springtime Prosperity with offerings comprising an unlimited Dinner Buffet spread of Eight Treasure Lotus Leaf Brown Rice, Tiger Prawns in Rice Wine and Ginger, Crabmeat Soup, Superior Fish Maw, Boston Lobster on ice and freshly Baked Oysters with Savoury Mayonnaise Chilli.

This year, diners will also be able to enjoy an auspicious à la carte Set Lunch menu, at $28 per person. Savour traditional favourites such as Steamed Lotus ‘Lap Mei’ Brown Rice, with Double Boiled Golden Fish maw Crabmeat Broth accompanied with a choice of mouth-watering Braised Pork Belly ‘Dong Po Rou’ with Bun, Roasted Chicken with Fragrant Garlic Almonds or Traditional Steamed Cod Fish with Chicken Shredded Black Fungus.

In keeping with the tradition of ushering in the Lunar New Year with a prosperity toss, 10 at Claymore’s complimentary inclusion of its seasonal Prosperity Lo Hei, with pomelo, julienned carrots, radish, lettuce, cucumber makes for the perfect entrée during your lunch or dinner dining at 10 at Claymore.

The Prosperity Lo Hei is also tailored to your party of family and friends.

The spirit of the Lunar New Year will not be complete without the performance of a colourful lion dance. At Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore this delightful performance will commence on Feb 19 at noon at the hotel’s lobby. Decorated with lanterns, bright red ribbons and golden hues of the auspicious kumquat plants, the hotel lobby will be a brilliant sight for photographers and videographers wishing to capture the auspicious performance.

10 at Claymore will also be serving a special Valentine’s Day Buffet Menu on Feb 14 that includes Foie Gras and Double Boiled Golden Seafood Broth seasoned with Truffle Olive Oil. The Valentine’s Buffet menu is affordably priced at $48 for lunch and $88 for dinner.
