Stellar at 1-Altitude will kick off its Sunday brunch series, the Wine Lust Sunday Brunch, from December 1.
This decadent weekly affair features up to 10 wine labels from the world over (changing weekly during December) to pair with the food from eight different stations, with classics like salmon eggs benedict and gourmet offerings such as fresh truffle pasta.
Upcoming highlights of the brunch series include a Spanish wine special on December 8—where the wine maker from Cervoles Wine will make a special appearance—as well as the Italian special on December 15. Expect a showcase of Italian wines alongside an Italian spread chock-full of festive treats, like raspberry white chocolate mousse cake and red plum gingerbread trifle.
The Wine Lust Sunday Brunch will take place every Sunday from December 1 onwards, beginning at noon till 2:30pm. It’s priced at $110++ per person and includes free flow of wine.
