Surprise! There is life after buffet brunches in Singapore

It’s no secret that buffet brunches are a Singaporean tradition, and banking on its popularity are a handful of hip restaurants in town. Far from offering diners a never-ending array of dishes displayed in shiny metal cannisters, these places are dishing out a free flow of party-hearty, la carte/a la minute items instead.
