Tomomi Ukaji, the sommelier and restaurant manager at Sushi Ichi, a one Michelin-stared sushi and kaiseiki restaurant in Scotts Square, has added new frozen sake cocktails to the menu.
The special drinks blend sake with east meets west flavorings. Options include the frozen umeshu sake ($21) with umeshu and minced ume plum and the frozen sake mojito style ($30) including sake, mint, syrup and sudachi citrus.
