The latest addition to Tanjong Pagar’s dining enclave is helmed by chef Pepe Moncayo and sake connoisseur Derrick Lim. On offer are items like pork ear with burrata ($18), Japanese cod with clams and Spanish beans stew ($28), and roasted suckling pig ($78, good for two).
If you prefer, opt for the sake pairing menu ($180), which features creations like veal cheek with white onion puree paired with Tamagawa Daiginjo sake.
