There’s a cool new food court by Timbre opening this Friday

Opening at JTC LaunchPad @ one-north (73A Ayer Rajah Crescent) this Friday, Timbre + is an industrial-themed foodcourt by nightlife and restaurant group Timbre.

The 24,000 sq ft non-airconditioned space features graffiti-ed shipping containers and gleaming caravans that will house hawker stalls like Wong Kee Noodles & Roasted Delights. There are also areas set aside for restaurants and names like Portico Platos, which serves Spanish cuisine, The World Is Flat by Tanuki Raw, which specializes in gourmet pizza, and Garcons, a casual French bistro, are just some on the list. According to The Straits Times, chef Damian D’Silva, formerly of Immigrants Gastrobar, will also debut his new (but hush-hush) venture there. The food court will also have live music from Wednesday to Saturday nights and a bottle shop and bar offering craft beers and whisky.
