Third and newest Jason Atherton restaurant Keong Saik Snacks to open in Singapore on October 6

Michelin-starred Jason Atherton is all set to launch his third and newest restaurant Keong Saik Snacks in Singapore on October 6.
Having opened popular tapas bar Esquina (just a short walk away) and fine dining restaurant POLLEN at Gardens by the Bay, Atherton is keeping things casual at this British eatery, yet another joint effort with hotelier and restaurateur Loh Lik Peng. Leading the culinary team here will be executive chef Andrew Walsh (whom some may already know from Esquina).
It’s a cozy spot that seats about 30 hungry folks, with accessible eats like Jason’s Very Hot Dog ($19) and The Kimchi Burger ($20). There are also fun items including a D-I-Y Tuna Tartare ($17), as well as more complex bites such as grilled bone marrow with London gentleman’s relish ($18).
You’ll also find a compact list of wines (from $12/glass) and beers ($14-17) such as Abbot Ale ($15) and Hen’s Tooth ($17) which hail from the UK.
Like Esquina, no reservations are taken, so be quick to beat the rest of the punters.
