Tiga Roti’s halal-friendly menu showcases local Malay flavours and reimagined Three Buns burgers

Fans of Three Buns, you can now order from a new halal-friendly menu.

Bite into gourmet burgers, sides and beverages from Tiga Roti, a new, halal-friendly cloud kitchen concept brought to you by the same people behind the award-winning Three Buns burger joint.

The menu is the creation of executive head chef Adam Penney, a testament to his two loves: his wife Saffy and the humble burger.

Only halal-certified quality ingredients from local suppliers are used, without any pork, lard or alcohol.

There’s no compromise on quality though. Fans can expect to savour Tiga Roti’s signature sedap flavours, with flavour complexity and quality guaranteed.

The menu features instant classics like this Plug Three burger—think of this as a reimagined Baby Huey (a Three Buns signature)—with 100% grass-fed free range La Pampa Argentinian beef patty, house ketchup, sharp cheddar cheese, smoky mayo, and onion pickle served in a toasted demi brioche bun.

The menu also features six new items that were created exclusively for Tiga Roti. This includes the Hot Dang, 24-hour slow cooked pulled beef brisket, smothered with an in-house pedas rendang gravy, cucumber, scallions, pickle daikon, chilli and coconut aioli, served in a toasted wholemeal bun.

Well-loved sides such as the Fuhhhhh Fries (double cooked potato dippers with spiced bearnaise, beef chilli and bawang goreng) and Ubi 40 (sweet potato fries with smoky mayo and charred pineapple salsa) are best shared with family and friends.

New desserts like Bread n Butter Fritters and Chocalot will satisfy even the sweetest tooth.

Tiga Roti is available for islandwide home delivery via Oddle, and delivery partners Grab, Deliveroo and Foodpanda.
