Celebrating Singapore’s 57th birthday this year, Tim Ho Wan honours the occasion with a limited-time Our Nation’s Favourites menu. Available now at selected branches island wide, the menu highlights four new creations that put a local twist on some of our favourite dim sums.
Starring the Fried Chilli Crabmeat Spring Roll, which sees chunks of fresh crab meat and house-concocted chilli crab sauce wrapped in a thin pastry skin, before being deep-fried to crispy perfection.
There’s also the buttery Baked Abalone Chicken Pie, an elevated riff on Singapore’s favourite pie. This rendition boasts diced chicken, mushrooms, carrots, white onions and — you guessed it — abalone, slow cooked in a rich and creamy white sauce.
You don’t want to miss out on the Chilli Crabmeat Bun, available as a fluffy steamed version or a lightly fried one. Every mouthful delivers a burst of the iconic gravy that’s spicy, sweet, and savoury all at once.
Then round up the meal with the beautiful Snow Rabbit Pandan Coconut Pudding, which combines sweet coconut pudding with fragrant pandan flavour.
