Enjoy fresh pasta with lobster tail, grass-fed Wagyu striploin, an exclusive panettone-tiramisu fusion and more

Named after the Italian word for good-ol’ grill parties, Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen celebrates the art of classic charcoal grills with their own refined twists for a refreshing contemporary take on grilled flavours. Joining this holiday season’s festivities, Griglia announces a mouth-warming Christmas Set Menu.

Specially curated by Chef Partner Andrea De Paola, the menu masterfully brings together the beauty of grigliata and traditions associated with Christmas feasting.

A brilliant showcase of their technique, the Christmas Set Menu presents symbolic festive dishes prepared using both traditional and modern methods, cooked over charcoal.

Highlights include the light and delicate Hokkaido scallop crudo with cauliflower and caviar, the Zucchini flower with Iberico pork and truffle, Chef Andrea’s personal take on the customary festive cooked ham, and the Burratina with eggplant caponata, a lighter version of the Sicilian classic.

Try their fresh House-made tagliolini with Canadian lobster tail, Vesuvius tomatoes, and basil for an indulgent time.

Mains on the menu include their signature grass-fed Wagyu striploin, the 10-day dry-aged quail with foie gras and raisins, and the Spanish turbot fillet, which pays tribute to the Feast of the Seven Fishes, a traditional celebration of the birth of Christ.

Round up your meal with the Panettonemisu, an amalgamation of the panettone and tiramisu – giving us the best of both worlds so we don’t have to choose!

Only available for dinner on 24 Dec and for lunch and dinner on 25 Dec, be sure to make your reservations soon before seats run out!
