Most of us have long since grown tired of lychee and apple martinis. But Senso Ristorante & Bar has taken the cocktail in a whole new direction with the Truffle Martini ($26). Starting with a rum and chocolate base, summer black truffle imported from Italy and more shaved truffle is added to create a luxurious incarnation of the classic that doesn’t have caviar or gold leaf floating in it. It’s available till Aug while the truffle supply lasts.
