Mark your calendars. Two-Michelin-starred Tom Kerridge of The Hand & Flowers will be in town from May 25-30 to guest chef at Capella Singapore’s The Knolls.
The Brit celeb chef will be showcasing English dishes like slow-cooked duck with duck fat chips and gravy, and organic chicken breast with pistachio crumble, soft polenta and truffle. Capella’s own executive chef, Jakob Esko, will be serving up signature items from The Knolls’ menu including sea bass in a salt-crust, crispy Spanish suckling pig and entrecôte with foie gras.
Highlights to look forward to include Sunday brunch ($188 inclusive of Champagne, rosé wines and boutique beers) on May 27, as well as five-course dinner menus on May 29 and 30. Lunch will cost you $98 while dinner goes for $178 (food only) or $258 with wine pairing.
