Then there’s The Feather Blade at Club Street, inspired by London’s own Flat Iron, which offers an off-the-menu burger that utilises the trimmings off its oyster blade steak; while Hotel G’s 25 Degrees that hails directly from LA presents its matter-of-factly named (or rather, numbered) burgers, tagged with practical prices.
