Where to find mouthwatering Thai-inspired burgers in Singapore

If you haven’t already noticed, the SG team is quite partial to Bjorn Shen and his “shen-nanigans” (oops) and now, the bad boy chef has launched a new late night supper menu at fried chicken paradise, Bird Bird.

Available every Friday and Saturday until 2am, his calorie limit-busting burger creations include The Chickenator, which features a fried chicken patty sandwiched between a toasted bun, with green papaya, onions and som tum sauce. If that’s not enough, you can add Unicorn Jizz (or truffle mayo) for an extra dollar. Also worth a heart attack is the Duck You! burger, a sloppy mess that comes dripping with som tum barbecue sauce. And for those who can’t get over the salted egg yolk craze, there’s the Salty Duck, with coarse ground duck patty, salted egg tartar sauce, fresh mint and grilled onions.

Just try to keep from drooling over these “bird-gers”:
