Modern Singaporean eatery Wok & Barrel has recently introduced an all-you-can-eat Weekend Brunch Buffet that’s a steal at just $39.
That gets you free flow of food from the brunch menu including delectables like pancakes with gula melaka and bananas, as well as fresh-baked scones with homemade jams like papaya, pink guava & pineapple and watermelon. If you’re after something more substantial, order up items such as bak chor mee pasta, bak kwa ribs, nasi lemak and beef rendang pizza (which made it on our 2011 list of 50 things to eat before you die). Oh, and there are desserts like Banana Crack Parfait and Shendol Delights to be had, too.
For those who really want to start the day off right, throw down another $50 for free-flowing beers on tap (Delirium Tremens and locally-brewed Mango Rose and Pale Ale Jungle Beer), not to mention bubblies like Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry dei Casel and NV Dog Leg Sparkling Brut.
