Xperience Restaurant & Bar presents diners with an interactive concept that reads much like a choose-your-own adventure story. Guests can pick a flavor profile like crunchy, juicy or zesty alongside a portion size (XS, XM, or XL). Depending on the size, dishes include seared pork knuckle with pickles ($12-31) from the crunchy section; smoky charcoal eggplants, organic grains with ricotta ($11-23); a zesty octopus salad with yuzu and wasabi ($12-32); and roasted lamb with curry, lentils and coconut ($14-27) found in the saucy flavor profile.
With head chef Anne-Cecile Degenne (who has worked in Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s kitchen and participated in the France Top Chef competition) we’re intrigued enough to ignore that XM means extra medium.
