25 Degrees Singapore

Housed in Hotel G Singapore is 25 Degrees Singapore, an American West Coast burger and liquor bar that first opened in Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and branches in Chicago and Bangkok. Fun fact: the restaurant is named after the difference in temperature between a well-done and raw hamburger. The decor is classy but also slightly rugged with the striking red patterned wallpaper and bricked window opening. When you’re there during the day, the open window concept will turn the restaurant into a sun-drenched burger shack.

Highlights on the burger-focused menu include Number One, which consists of the USA angus beef patty, crescenza, gorgonzola, bacon, caramelized onions and Thousand Island dressing ($14) and Number Four, which contains seared yellowfin tuna, lettuce, fried onions and spicy aioli ($14). If you are more of an adventurer, you can personalize your own burger from the meat to sauce and a wide selection of cheese. They also offer the lunch set menu of a burger, side and drink ($18). For desserts, you have a choice of cakes, pancakes, french toast and waffles like 25 Degrees Cheesecake ($13) and banana and walnut waffles ($13).

Drinks wise, they have cocktails like Whisky Sour, which is a concoction of bourbon, fresh lemon juice and syrup ($14) and Mojito, a mixture of rum, sugar, lime, mint leaves and soda water ($14). For the non-alcoholic options, they have milkshakes in flavors like marshmallow, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry in classic ($10) and maltshake ($12).
