This Spanish-influenced tapas and shooters bar creates East-meets-West inspired small plates like ribeye and chicken kebabs; cheese-stuffed mushrooms; crispy pork belly salsa; and spud halves, a baked potato with bacon, melted cheese, alfalfa sprouts and blue cheese potato salad.
