Take your local streetside dining 25 storeys above ground at Alley on 25, Andaz Singapore’s all-day dining venue. Consisting of seven individual shophouse-inspired venues—one bar, one lounge, and five restaurants—the culinary hub aims to literally elevate the experience and culture of Singapore’s single-product driven eateries.
Of the restaurants, Icehaus is Alley on 25’s (sustainable) seafood and cold cuts concept; The Green Oven prepares classic international favorites like lamb, chicken and eggs in a giant green Beech oven; Smoke & Pepper is for the barbecue fans, offering mod-Asian barbecue in an elaborate show grill kitchen; Plancha’Lah, open only for dinner, serves up Japanese fare like Hokkaido scallops in truffle butter via dramatic culinary theater from an open hotplate (plancha). And providing the requisite local food is Auntie’s Wok and Steam, Alley on 25’s tribute to Singapore’s street-dining culture, aka zi char.
For drinks, there’s Bar Square, which serves carefully crafted cocktails and spirits infused with local ingredients—like the Irish Kopi C, a whiskey cocktail inspired by Nanyang Coffee. After you’ve ordered your dishes, take them to the all-day Sunroom lounge to enjoy. For the office crowd, special set lunches are available, which includes appetisers and main dishes for just $25.
