Artea

Combining visual and palatable art isn’t a foreign concept, especially in the golden era of Instagram and #foodporn. Artea makes the most of this, within the grids of your camera and beyond.

In the heart of bustling VivoCity sits an impeccably clean store dressed in oversized flora. As a stark contrast to the rest of the scuttle in and around the mall, Artea feels almost like an art gallery, where patrons with a deeper appreciation for minimalist aesthetics come by to sip their masTEApieces.

Apart from the visual feast, indulge yourself in their signature Fruit Teas ($8.20); which are essentially fruit salads in one litre cups. The liquid base features a mix of orange juice and quality “Four Seasons Spring Oolong”. A generous total of seven different fruit varieties are suspended in the drink, including watermelon, strawberry, lime, passionfruit, mango, orange and rockmelon.

Other beverages that have been hot on the menu are the Fresh Mango Milkshake ($6.80) and the Princess Strawberry Smoothie ($7.20). These pretty, marbled pastel dessert cups are topped with lavish amounts of whipped cream and a signature dusting of Artea’s fresh fruit toppings: mangoes, strawberries and bananas respectively.
