Overlooking Chinatown and the Marina Bay precinct, this skyscraping venue on the 40th floor of CapitaGreen is all about sustainable Mediterranean food. Artemis Grill does grass-fed and hormone-free meats, and there are vegetarin and gluten-free options, too. You can’t forgo the raw bar, which is stocked with fresh seafood like halibut crudo ($24), a trio of cervice with citrus infusions and the Sturia caviar ($90), with straciatella cream, dill cucumber and potato celery blini. Hot off the grill are the Greek sea bass ($42), with Mediterranean spiced rub, broccoli and leeks, and the milk-fed Dutch veal chop ($60) with roasted leeks and blackberries. There’s also charcuterie, to be accompanied with their selection of organic and biodynamic wines from the Mediterranean region.
