A.T.O.S serves Asian-inspired cocktails and bite-sized tapas (meaning you won’t need any utensils except the ocassional chopstick or dessert spoon). This vibrant and brightly-colored restaurant dishes out small bites like smoked duck in egg skin rolls, spicy octopus with lime vinaigrette and salmon tataki rolled in cha soba (all $9) as well as heartier dishes like fried oysters with omelette floss, slow-cooked veal cheeks and chili crab mantou sliders (all $12). The light and affordably-priced $12 cocktails include creations like Dragon’s Breath with rum, red dragonfruit and soursoup and a re-interpretation of local dessert favorite, the Choco-nut Chendol made with Malibu rum and creme de cacao.
